Shashi Cooking Classes In Udaipur Wallpaper

Shashi Cooking Classes In Udaipur

Udaipur offers several cooking classes but Sashi's is unique in the fact that its only 2-3 people therefore the experience is more personalised and you set the pace (if its just you and a friend!) being a food lover with some kitchen knowledge I can say that Sashi is a great cook and for those who want to learn some Indian dishes and techniques this is a fantastic experience! Use of spices is made easy by the organised manner in which the lesson is set up. Starting with masala tea (you get to drink it) Sashi embarks apon a culinary journey from simple tasty Chutneys to eat with the pakoras that you make, to vegetable curry (sauce can be used for meat as well), rice and the wonderful array of breads, namely Chapatis, Parathas and naan. You get down and knead the breads alongside Sashi, Indian style! She herself has a courageoues story (she will share with you no doubt) and is an engaging and lovely person. You sit down at the end and eat the glorious meal that you can take some credit for!! This is an education in Indian food and an insight into life! You get a print out of the recipes as well. Its also cheaper than other classes I enquired about. Amazing value.
